Theater Performance

Set of Illustrations for one of the largest LGBTQ theater festivals in India. ‘Amma makkalu ellinda bartave’ (Mommy where do babies come from?), is an anthology of Kannada (a south Indian language) stories about womxn’s sex, sexuality and desire. In the largely patriarchal setup of Kannada theatre, it looks at reclaiming the space of curiosity, permissions, beliefs and delights of sex.
